1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Abbas Innov (Mohamed Abbas Innovations) through our website. Where you also have a signed engagement agreement, its specific terms take precedence where they differ.
2. Hosting and subscriptions
Hosting and recurring plans are billed in advance for each period and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
If you are not satisfied with a newly purchased hosting plan, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, provided the service has not been substantially used or abused.
After the first 7 days, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable because the resources are reserved for you, but you will not be charged again after you cancel.
3. Project and custom work
Custom engineering, design and consulting are bespoke and begin as soon as an engagement starts. Fees for work already performed and milestones already delivered and accepted are non-refundable. Any unused deposit is refunded less costs already incurred on your behalf.
4. Domains and third-party items
Domain registrations, licences and other third-party items are non-refundable once purchased, as we incur their cost immediately and cannot reverse them.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you are charged twice for the same order, or charged in error, we will refund the incorrect amount in full as soon as it is confirmed.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@abbasinnov.com with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We review every request individually and respond within 5 business days.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, through Paymob. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days, subject to the processing times of Paymob and your bank or wallet provider.
